View an SMS Keyword

To view the details and configuration properties of an SMS Keyword:

  1. Select Campaigns from the top navigation bar, then select Campaigns > Inbound SMS from the side navigation menu. The Inbound SMS screen is displayed.

  2. Search for and select the desired SMS Keyword (see Search for an SMS Keyword for more information on the available search options). The SMS Keyword Details screen is displayed, with the Definition tab selected by default.

  1. The header and the tabs on this screen allow you to view various configuration details. See below for details on each of these areas.

The header area of the SMS Keyword Details screen displays many of the high-level properties of this SMS Keyword, including its name, description, status, and keyword. For more information on editing these properties, see Edit SMS Keyword Properties.

From the header area, you can copy an SMS Keyword to use as the basis for a new SMS Keyword. See Create an SMS Keyword for more information.

Also from the header area, you can define the effectivity period for the SMS Keyword. See Define SMS Keyword Effectivity Period for more information.

Also from the header area, you can publish, archive, or delete an SMS Keyword.

Definition Tab

The Definition tab of the SMS Keyword Details screen allows you to configure one or more Handlers. Each Handler represents an automated workflow comprising one or more actions that the platform will execute upon receipt of the associated keyword. For more information see Working with Handlers.

From the Definition tab, you can add, edit, and delete a Handler.

Each Handler includes one or more actions. From the Definition tab, you can define, edit, and delete a Handler action.

Responses Tab

The Responses tab of the SMS Keyword Details screen is used to view and manage the responses to this SMS Keyword. The platform will display the entire text message conversation, including the Member's keyword, and the platform's response.

Dashboard Tab

The Dashboard tab of the SMS Keyword Details screen provides a graphical means of analyzing the responses to this SMS Keyword. This tab displays several Key Performance Indicators, including: Total Responses, Total Responses Last Month, and Total Responses this Month.
